Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and front-of-house operations in a service-based environment.
• Ability to manage scheduling and ensure consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Train and support Studio Leads for a cohesive team.
• Manage studio lead duties and assist with client interactions.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients into the JETSET community.
• Collaborate with GM on local marketing initiatives.
• Review Net Promoter Scores and respond to client feedback.
