JETSET Pilates is seeking a Community Lead to introduce the brand to new markets, build local partnerships, and create experiences that inspire people to join our community. Working with the General Manager, you’ll drive partnerships, events, social content, and member engagement from pre-opening through growth.

The role suits someone who loves meeting people, thrives in a boutique fitness setting, and enjoys shaping a brand from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, events, marketing, or community engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Launch new markets and build local partnerships with businesses and wellness partners.
• Plan and execute community activations, pop-ups, and events.
• Support member engagement and lead generation through social content and guest experiences.
• Assist GM to drive membership growth and studio goals.
