Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Pally is hiring a hands-on Community Lead in San Francisco to own the city’s community presence. You will plan and execute weekly events, from dinners to club nights, and lead a major monthly Pally gathering with brands and venues.
You’ll manage sponsorships end-to-end and handle all logistics while representing Pally to local founders, hosts, and partners. We value self-sufficiency, a track record of creating vibrant community spaces, and a passion for elevating Pally’s presence in SF.
Hey, we're Haz and Wyatt, the founders of Pally.
Pally is a personal assistant that lives in your texts. You text it like a friend. It replies to the messages you've been avoiding, books the dinner, chases the invoice, and handles the hundred small things that pile up in a week.
We're a small team based in the Bay Area, and we're hiring people who will make Pally the #1 consumer agent in the world.
The role
You'll own Pally's community in San Francisco. There's no playbook and no manager looking over your shoulder. You get a budget, a Slack channel with us, and the whole city. Your job is to make San Francisco love Pally.
This is a hands-on role. You'll plan it, pitch it, run it, and be at the door. In practice that means:
We'll measure you on one thing: how many people in San Francisco use Pally every week, and how much they love it.
Profile
We don't care where you've worked. We're looking for someone who has built a community from nothing and kept it going.
Practical stuff
$80-120k base + equity. Full-time, in person in San Francisco, starting ASAP. Evenings and weekends are when the events happen, so your week will look different from a normal job.
San Francisco is home. You'll work alongside the team and bring us to every event.
We work exceptionally hard. If work isn't your primary focus, this isn't for you. However, we also give you full autonomy over your schedule. We don't care when you work hard, only that you do.
