Job summary

Pally is hiring a hands-on Community Lead in San Francisco to own the city’s community presence. You will plan and execute weekly events, from dinners to club nights, and lead a major monthly Pally gathering with brands and venues.

You’ll manage sponsorships end-to-end and handle all logistics while representing Pally to local founders, hosts, and partners. We value self-sufficiency, a track record of creating vibrant community spaces, and a passion for elevating Pally’s presence in SF.

Qualifications

• Experience building a community from scratch and sustaining it.
• Proven track record closing sponsorships with brands.
• Comfortable networking in unfamiliar rooms and making new connections.
• Self-sufficient with minimal direction and metric-driven reporting.
• Regular use of Pally and strong opinions on its product.
• Aiming for founding-team scope in SF.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run weekly events (dinners, clubs, breakfasts, etc.) to grow the SF community.
• Organize one large Pally event each month with a wide audience.
• Source and manage sponsors; own relationships end-to-end.
• Handle logistics: venues, catering, guest lists, door, AV, budgets.
• Be the face of Pally in San Francisco to founders, operators and hosts.
• Gather feedback from events and report back with numbers and insights.
