Job description

Events & Community: Fill the room
Job overview

San Francisco has an AI event every night of the week. Most of them are a panel, a lanyard and a lukewarm slice of pizza.

We'd like ours to be the ones people text their friends about.

At each::labs, our mission is to close the imagination gap. One API across 600+ image, video and audio models, used by 20,000+ developers. We have the product. Now we need the people who build with it to meet each other, meet us, and leave with a story.

The role

You’ll own how each::labs shows up in real life, and what happens after people go home.

A Tuesday might be scouting a rooftop for a 30-person founder dinner.

A Thursday might be running a hackathon where someone generates a short film in four hours.

A Friday might be turning all of it into content that reaches the 20,000 developers who couldn’t make it.

You’ll be based in San Francisco, working closely with our CEO, Eftal.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Plan and run our events: dinners, meetups, hackathons, launch parties, and the right conferences (not all of them)
  • Own the details nobody sees: budgets, vendors, guest lists, the follow-up email that actually gets replies
  • Turn launches and new models into moments, with product and engineering
  • Build a community of creators and developers that keeps going between events
  • Track what’s working (people, pipeline, partnerships) and stop doing what isn’t
You might be a fit if
  • You’ve hosted something people still talk about
  • You can run a 200-person event and still notice the music is too loud
  • You’re as comfortable writing the invite as booking the venue
  • You know the SF tech scene, or you’ll know it in a month
Probably not for you if
  • You’d rather manage an agency than be in the room yourself
  • Your idea of an event is a booth and a banner
  • Spreadsheets and logistics feel like someone else’s job
A note on the title

We left it open. Events, community, field marketing: we care more about what you’ve made happen than what it was called.

What We Offer
  • Eligibility for stock options
  • 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays
  • Annual salary reviews, and a bonus scheme after 6 months tied to MRR and product milestones
  • On-site in San Francisco, with a real budget to make things happen
  • High trust, zero micromanagement. We care about outcomes, not hours.
