SuperMe is seeking a Community Lead in San Francisco to build and scale its professional network, blending community, GTM and product with direct partnership and reporting to the CEO.

You’ll own the end-to-end member journey—from identifying exceptional professionals to activating and engaging them, encouraging referrals and enabling others to grow communities.

You’ll translate member feedback into product improvements and help SuperMe expand into new professional categories.

This is a highly hands-on role blending community, GTM, and product, with direct partnership and reporting to the CEO.You’ll own the end-to-end member journey: Identifying exceptional professionals to join SuperMe’s network, building the processes and touchpoints for activating and engaging them, and empowering them to refer others and build communities of their own. You’ll also translate member feedback into actionable product improvements and help SuperMe expand into new professional categories.## What You'll Do**Build the network:** Develop and execute strategies to recruit new, high-quality SuperMe members, drive member activation and engagement, and expand the network through referrals and community-led growth.**Own and operationalize community growth and performance:** Define success metrics, identify opportunities across the member funnel, and continuously optimize how we attract, activate, and retain the right people.
