• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas per health regulations.
• Follow plate presentation specs and inform team of available menu items.
• Assist in inventory and ordering; receive and store supplies properly.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Complete opening/closing and side-work duties per supervisor standards.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain regular attendance.
