Job summary

Qualifications

• Be flexible and adapt to changing situations.

• Keep kitchen and supply areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning main dining area.
• Work well in a Christian environment and promote programs.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meals for Emergency Disaster Services responses.
• Read and adjust recipes; maintain attention to detail.
• Follow safety requirements in kitchen and facilities.
• Coordinate with Program Coordinator & Corps Officers.
• Ensure accurate reporting of required statistics and memberships.
• Adhere to ethics, employee manual, and TSA background checks.
• Maintain inventory, rotate stock, and manage purchasing.
