Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to operate a vehicle.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends based on client schedules and coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Coach individuals with disabilities at employment and volunteer sites to build skills and independence.
• Plan and manage on-the-job training, solving routine problems and adapting as needed.
• Provide job-related counseling on career exploration, grooming, social skills, and money management.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain communication with individuals, families, and Goodwill staff.
• Conduct case management activities, including writing notes and progress reports.
