Job summary

RISE Services Group in Wilmington, DE is seeking a compassionate Job Coach / Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities build employment skills and independence. The role involves meeting participants at worksites across Wilmington and New Castle County, coaching, job search support, resume prep, and employer outreach.

A bachelor’s degree is not required; training is provided. Most work is daytime, with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Wilmington and surrounding New Castle County communities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
