Job summary

Holly Ridge Center in Bremerton, WA seeks a Community Job Coach to support adults with disabilities in community-based employment services. You will assess client skills, develop training in real workplace settings, and provide on-the-job support during early starts.

As part of Adult Employment Services, you will collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to foster natural supports, document progress, and advocate for inclusive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
• Experience with CRM systems and video resumés preferred.
• Ability to work respectfully with a diverse population.
• Case management experience required.
• National Certificate of Employment Services may be considered.
• Ability to pass criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate skills and train clients in workplace settings.
• Provide on-the-job support during initial job-starts.
• Foster natural supports in workplaces in coordination with supervisor and co-workers.
