Job summary

The Arc Prince George's County is seeking a dedicated supervisor to help adults with intellectual disabilities achieve greater independence and community inclusion. You will support daily activities, assist with person-centered planning, and ensure accurate documentation and safe transport.

Working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM in Employment Services, you will coordinate community experiences, teach life and work skills, monitor safety, and collaborate with families, providers, and outside

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with several years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, written and oral skills are essential.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work with individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals to increase independence and inclusion.
• Develop and assist with person-centered planning and documentation.
• Transport coordination and supervision of daily program activities.
• Administer medications accurately and follow safety protocols.
• Complete attendance, timesheets, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and employers to support employment goals.
