Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of related care-giving experience.
• Good driving record with reliable vehicle and Maryland driving license.
• Strong communication and caregiving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in community integration and participation; provide transportation to activities.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care to promote independence.
• Facilitate access to community services and accompanying to events.
• Document health, financial and activity records clearly and on time.
