Qualifications

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to become SCIP certified.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from service sites.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written form.
• Demonstrate OPWDD Core Competencies and NADSP Code of Ethics.
• Completes all required trainings.
• Ensure individuals safety while promoting independence and learning.
• Knowledge of community-based resources.
• Participate in supervision, staff development opportunities and staff meetings.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and caseload management.
• Provide services in a community-based setting to facilitate community connections.
• Complete required documentation for billing and progress in accordance with OPWDD and agency requirements.
• Create a work schedule aligned with individual preferences to maximize billing opportunities.
• Meet hourly billing requirements weekly.
