The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) in Idaho seeks a Program Manager of Community Integration to provide long-term case management for recently arrived refugees, aiming at self-sufficiency including health, employment, and English language instruction.

You will collaborate with partner agencies, coordinate referrals, provide transportation as needed, and oversee program staff and budgets to meet contract requirements and reporting deadlines, while advancing USCRI’s mission to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; preferable in Human Services, Social Work or related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate well and build partnerships with clients, partners, and staff.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and database programs, as needed.

• Ensure team staff are productive and meet contract requirements.
• Understand and maximize state and federal program contracts.
• Provide leadership, development, coaching, and oversight to program staff.
• Coordinate implementation of programs and grow funding.
