Job summary

The Missouri Department of Mental Health, Southwest Community Services in Nevada, MO, is seeking an Employment and Community Integration Coordinator (working title) to oversee the employment services program.

The role includes supervising staff, developing work opportunities for individuals served, and completing required training within six months of appointment. A Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Substitutions may be allowed.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of our community integration and employment services program.
• Supervise professional staff delivering the services.
• Develop work opportunities for the individuals we serve.
• Complete special training within the first six months of occupying the position.
• Perform on call duties on a rotating schedule.
