Job summary

The Missouri Department of Mental Health is seeking a Treatment Supervisor at Southwest Community Services in Nevada, MO, to oversee the community integration and employment services program. The role requires leadership of staff and development of work opportunities for individuals served, with training within six months of start.

Hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, with occasional schedule flexibility; on-call duties are rotating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license is also required.
• Experience in supervision and staff training is preferred.
• Knowledge of general care and treatment of individuals including basic nursing, first aid, and emergency treatments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the community integration and employment services program.
• Supervise professional staff delivering services and provide structure for staff.
• Develop work opportunities for individuals served by the program.
• Complete on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
