Job summary

The Youth Specialist in Missouri oversees guidance and support for Southwest region providers, partnering agencies, and families, reporting to the Chief of Children’s Community Operations. This in-office role in Nevada, MO requires understanding multiple programs, travel with overnight stays, and strong project management, communications, and accountability.

A health-related bachelor's degree is preferred or four years of relevant experience; total compensation includes a generous benefits

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract compliance for youth SCL facilities quarterly or as assigned.
• Conduct compliance reviews and quality assurance reports.
• Prepare monthly regional financial reports for youth SCL.
• Provide training to providers and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate systemic shortfalls and barriers.
