Job summary

Toolworks, in partnership with people with disabilities, seeks a Community Integration and Employment Coordinator to lead staff, coordinate daily activity support, and advance skills for independence and community integration in Berkeley and East Bay.

This full-time, salary-exempt role requires a BA, 2+ years serving adults with disabilities, and preferred supervisory experience. Fluency in ASL/Spanish/Cantonese is a plus; competitive benefits and a salary range of $73,000–$75,500.

Qualifications

• BA in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience working with adults with disabilities required, preferably in a community setting.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises, trains, and conducts performance evaluations for Employment Development Specialists and Instructors.
• Assists with staff development on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitors client progress through case notes and monthly attendance reports.
