Toolworks, in partnership with people with disabilities, seeks a Community Integration and Employment Coordinator to lead staff, coordinate daily activity support, and advance skills for independence and community integration in Berkeley and East Bay.
This full-time, salary-exempt role requires a BA, 2+ years serving adults with disabilities, and preferred supervisory experience. Fluency in ASL/Spanish/Cantonese is a plus; competitive benefits and a salary range of $73,000–$75,500.
Toolworks, in partnership with people with disabilities, is a human service agency dedicated to providing the tools and resources that promote independence, equality, and personal satisfaction. Toolworks provides a number of programs including job placement and training, community integration, and community living services.
Position Title: Community Integration and Employment Coordinator.
Position Status: Full-Time, Salary-Exempt.
Compensation: $73,000 - $75,500 per year, depending on experience.
Purpose: To coordinate the necessary support of daily activity, employment, and instruction while centering the acquisition of skills that promote independence and community integration for people with disabilities.
Supervises: Community Integration and Employment Instructors, Lead Employment Development Specialists, Employment Specialists.
Location: Berkeley and East Bay areas.
