Location: San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco, Alameda, and San Mateo Counties)
Compensation: $29.00 per hour
As a Case Lead Direct Support Profession (DSP) in our Supported Living (SLS) program, you'll provide in-home instruction, case management, and daily living skills training to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. This includes support in areas such as:
Each DSP Case Lead will work closely with an assigned caseload and help develop individual support plans tailored to each client's goals within the SLS and ILS service models.
