Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to increase independence in community living.
• Meet with waiver participants at home, in the community, or in an office setting.
• Provide ongoing support for community integration efforts and document progress.
