Job summary

With a license and several years in an agency setting, you will quote competitively, review policies, and maintain client records using our agency systems. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Alabama Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of experience in an insurance agency setting.
• Ability to manage client accounts and handle inquiries independently.
• Proficient with standard office technology and agency management systems.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with agency-specific quoting software is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand coverage needs and provide clear, helpful recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotes that address the specific risks and budgets of our community members.
• Review existing client policies to ensure they have the protection that fits their current life situation.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our digital systems.
• Collaborate with the rest of our office team to ensure every client leaves feeling heard and valued.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain our reputation for reliability.
