Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for Alabama (P&C).
• Previous experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer service.
• Ability to commute daily to Saraland office.
• Strong comfort with computer systems and insurance management software.
• Clear, empathetic communication with clients.
• Proactive attitude toward helping people protect what matters most.

Responsabilités

• Consult with current and prospective clients to identify the right insurance solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes and explain policy details in plain language.
• Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and address concerns.
• Manage and maintain accurate digital files for client interactions and policy changes.
• Collaborate with the local agency team to meet service and growth goals.
• Participate in local community activities to build awareness of the agency.
