Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent to serve King George County, VA. You’ll help neighbors protect homes, land and livelihoods while earning a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

No ceiling on earnings, with a generous benefits package and robust training. Role is based in King George County with a strong focus on local relationships, community involvement and ongoing professional development.

Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in King George and serve King George County. You’ll help your neighbors protect their homes, land and livelihoods. Your earnings will grow with the relationships you build.

Your Earning Potential: No Ceiling

Average First-Year Total Compensation$52,000 – $125,000 (inclusive of base salary)Base Salary$37,000 – $52,000 (dependent upon location and established book of business)

These are real average first-year earnings across our agency network. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings, so how much you make depends on your effort and the relationships you build with members. There is no cap on what you can earn.
