Job summary

Qualifications

• Montana Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Montana Life & Health Insurance License is required.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or customer-facing sales role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to evaluate coverage and identify gaps.
• Draft quotes and present tailored insurance solutions to local families and businesses.
• Maintain an active presence in Bozeman community through events and networking.
• Assist policyholders with changes, billing questions, and claims support.
• Monitor renewals and keep clients updated as life changes occur.
• Track daily sales activity and progress toward monthly growth goals.
