Allstate Insurance Agency - Kenneth Morgan is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and apply insurance knowledge to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term advisory relationships.

Responsibilities include hitting sales goals, qualifying leads, and educating customers on protecting their families and assets, while delivering a positive customer experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career—sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses to sell insurance upon hire.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources.
