Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio.
• Strong comfort level with consultative, face-to-face sales conversations.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills, both in writing and in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM tools.
• Existing relationships within the Stroudsburg community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client risks and tailor coverage solutions.
• Maintain presence in Stroudsburg to connect with local families and business owners.
• Proactively manage calendars to meet clients at convenient times.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions for high-quality service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to secure best value for clients.
• Educate the community on protection and risk management.
