The Atlantic District is seeking a Multi-line Insurance Agent in Warrenton to connect with prospective clients, identify coverage gaps, and present tailored proposals. The role emphasizes honest, low-pressure guidance and building lasting community relationships.

You will service existing policies, adjust coverages as life events occur, and collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent client experience. This position requires Virginia licenses and daily commuting to the Warrenton office.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to commute daily to Warrenton office.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Experience with agency management systems or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to identify coverage needs.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals.
