Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Minimum of two years experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital application systems.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication style in person and over the phone.
• Deep understanding of insurance coverage types and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with families and individuals to evaluate current protection needs and identify gaps.
• Create customized insurance solutions aligned with clients' financial goals.
• Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients through outreach and community engagement.
