The Atlantic District is expanding its footprint in Waldorf, Maryland, seeking an Expansion Agent who thrives in the field and community settings. You will build a local client network, meet one-on-one to assess needs, and tailor insurance solutions for families and small businesses.

Ideal candidates hold an active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License, enjoy in-person engagements, and can independently manage their calendar with strong communication and digital documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
• Experience in client-facing sales or service.
• Comfort with in-person meetings and community engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication; explain complex ideas clearly.
• Self-motivated with calendar management.
• Proficient with basic computer apps and digital docs.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate your own network of clients within the Waldorf area by attending community events and establishing local partnerships.
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings to evaluate client needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Help families and small business owners navigate life and health coverage to fit financial goals.
• Maintain organized records of interactions and follow up to ensure client support.
• Participate in team strategy sessions to share best practices and stay updated on policy options.
