CI Specialistsprovide one-one-one support to individuals and help participants activelyengage with the Spokane community in order to expand their social connectionsand build meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will be creative andcomfortable working one-on-one with participants out in the community, and haveskills in researching, planning, and problem solving.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour, Non-exempt, Full-time 40hours per week. Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 13 Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance andPaid Time Off (PTO) after eligibility period.
*All pay isbased on longevity at The Arc of Spokane; thus,the starting pay forthis position is $19.00 per hour.
