The Arc of Spokane is seeking a Supported Living Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and support services for individuals receiving supported living in their homes. This role emphasizes quality care, regulatory compliance, and community inclusion.
Experience with Autism, dual diagnoses, and person-centered plans is preferred but not required. On-call responsibilities may extend outside regular business hours. Washington State licensing and safety standards apply.

The Supported Living Site Manager is a compassionate,organized, and creative leader responsible for overseeing day-to-dayoperations, staffing, and support services for individuals receiving supportedliving services in their homes. This position plays a key role in ensuringquality care, staff development, regulatory compliance, and meaningfulcommunity inclusion for the people we support.
Experience supporting individuals with Autism, dualdiagnoses, and person-centered plan writing is preferred, but not required.
This position requires participation in an on-callmanagement rotation and may involve responding to emergencies and other supportneeds outside regular business hours.
$27.00 per hour* Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | non-exempt
