Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s in unrelated field with two years related experience.
• Any four-year combo of higher education and two years related work experience; or AAS in Behavioral Health Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and stakeholders.
• Utilize strengths-based approaches and evidence-based practices (MI, CBT/DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Provide behavioral interventions and coordinate care with other providers.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in staff development and quality initiatives.
• Build relationships with parents, teachers, and professionals involved in client care.
