Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Unrelated bachelor's with two years related experience may qualify.
• AS degree in Behavioral Health Support fulfills requirements.
• Four years of qualifying experience in delivering services to those with health issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services across age groups, including assessment and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate care with primary care, schools, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in staff development.
• Prepare for and facilitate PSR group sessions as relevant to treatment goals.
