Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Dennison, Ohio seeks a Program Director to lead and grow its LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and supporters, and represent LifeWise in the community while communicating the program's vision and impact.

This part-time role (about 15-20 hours per week) requires coordinating fundraising, donor relations, church presentations, and community outreach, plus recruiting and supporting a team and ensuring

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program
• Utilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
