Based at our Norwood, MA corporate office, this full-time role focuses on outreach, referrals, and program coordination while collaborating with property management teams to serve diverse communities.

Now Hiring: Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator

Location: Corporate Office - Norwood, MA 02062

Hours: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Starting at $70,000. Yearly Salary

HallKeen is seeking a Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator to help connect residents with resources, strengthen community partnerships, and support housing stability across our residential communities. HallKeen is a mission-driven real estate management and investment organization focused on affordable and workforce housing, community engagement, and lasting resident impact.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, compassionate, and experienced in resident services, social services, housing, or community-based support.

What you’ll do:

• Support residents with outreach, referrals, resource navigation, and follow-up.
