Job summary

The City of New York is hiring a Community Coordinator in New York City Department of Youth and Community Development. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities.
• Six years of experience in community work if only a high school diploma.
• At least one year of experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Processing and managing personnel transactions.
• Liaising between employees and agencies.
• Responding to personnel requests and inquiries.
• Maintaining accuracy of personnel records.
• Drafting personnel correspondence and proposals.
• Conducting exit interview sessions.

Education
