Job summary

Vesta, Inc. in Forestville, MD is seeking a Community Housing Coordinator to supervise staff and ensure high standards of care in residential group homes.

The role requires leadership to support client treatment plans and maintain safety and cleanliness across properties. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and have supervisory experience.

We're currently seeking a passionate Community Housing Coordinator to join our team at our location in Southern Region's Forestville, MD. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals residing in our residential group homes.

Position Details

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Location: Forestville, MD

Preferred Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services Field or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range: $64,493 - $70,582 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
• Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
• PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
• Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year
• Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
• Health Benefits: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
