We are currently seeking a Business Director for our Lanham, Severn, Forestville, and Waldorf locations. This position would provide leadership and oversight of administrative, operational, compliance, and business support functions throughout the regions. This role serves as a key member of the leadership team and works closely with Regional and Program Directors to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

On-site integrated Locations: Waldorf, Forestville, Lanham, and Severn

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $115,318 - $122,237 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on region size, education, and previous supervisory experience.
Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year
Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
Health Benefits: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
