Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• CMA certification within two years
• Three years of direct support and some supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate well and stay organized
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• Must be adaptable and have good decision-making
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications

• Directs the operations and programming of a six-bed community home
• Oversees performance of direct care staff
