Job summary

Legum and Norman, an Associa company, is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and condo communities in PG and Montgomery counties, MD. You will manage daily operations, budgets, compliance, and vendor coordination.

The role involves liaising with homeowners, boards, vendors, and internal teams, while communicating updates and enforcing community standards. Annual salary ranges from $85K to $95K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Community Association experience.
• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
• Understanding of the role of the board and the Community Association Manager.
• Proficiency with MS Office and professional correspondence.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct community walk-throughs and site inspections.
• Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Source maintenance vendors; negotiate vendor contracts; schedule and coordinate vendors onsite.
• Update homeowners on community news and events, maintenance projects, and HOA violation notices by email, mass email, letters, and flyers.
• Review financials, create and manage budgets, operating expenses, and delinquencies.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and yearly board meetings.
• Coordinate architectural review requests.
• Other projects as assigned.
