Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Community Health Worker to serve as a frontline liaison between health and social services in Springfield, MO. You will foster access to care and cultural competence while documenting in an EMR.

Requirements include 1–3 years CHW experience, Mercy CHW training within 6–12 months, and BLS certification. This is a full-time, onsite role with Mercy benefits and community-focused impact.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Experience

• 1-3 years CHW experience or equivalent

Certification/Registration

• Mercy provided Community Health Worker training certificate within 6-12 months
• Basic Life Support
