AltaMed Health Services Corporation in Monterey Park, CA is seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to manage same-day transportation services for patients and participants. You will coordinate with PACE centers and vendors, handle scheduling, routing, and record-keeping, and ensure drivers return to base daily.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (healthcare experience preferred) and 1+ year of dispatch experience. Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese are preferred.

Qualifications

• Dispatch experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Experience handling transportation scheduling and coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and coordinate transportation for same-day services.
• Maintain records and perform audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with PACE centers and other vendors to ensure timely transportation.
• Ensure drivers return to base at end of day and meet program deadlines.
