Qualificações

• Minimum of three to five years' experience in community outreach/education or related office support.
• Ability to manage budgets and track details to support programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal and external departments to ensure integrated programming for community members and patients.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to develop program materials.
• Provide administrative support to the department and document data/reports as required.
• Coordinate program evaluation, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
• Assist with purchasing and expense reconciliation within cost centers.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain supplies and equipment for staff.
