Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with UK GPhC registration.
• Experience in medicines optimisation and patient safety.
• Ability to lead service improvements and governance.
• Experience with Non-Medical Prescribing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead medicines optimisation across community services.
• Provide expert clinical pharmacy advice to teams.
• Oversee medicines governance for Sexual Health Services.
• Act as professional lead for Non-Medical Prescribing.
• Support governance, safe prescribing practices, and risk management.
• Drive quality improvement, audits and service evaluations.
• Develop patient pathways embedding medicines optimisation.
