Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified pharmacist with current registration and license to practice.
- Experience in medicines optimization and primary care settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist medicines management advice to GPs and practice staff.
- Lead quality improvements in medicines management across the practice.
- Work with pharmacy technicians to improve workflow and safety.
- Support targets related to PCN DES IIF and QIF where applicable.
- Promote safe systems of work and ensure compliance with medicines legislation.
