Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Outreach Assistant to support community engagement and growth initiatives. The role focuses on raising public awareness, building community and B2B relationships, and organizing events to strengthen our outreach efforts.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years in healthcare, marketing, sales, or business development, plus excellent communication and Excel skills, all while maintaining strong collaboration with teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience - preferred healthcare, marketing, sales, or business development focus required.
• Proven excellent communication skills.
• Highly accomplished verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to respective audiences.
• Ability to use Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Medical Center's content expert to raise public awareness and service knowledge.
• Retain community and B2B relationships to drive growth for strategic initiatives.
• Attend, organize, and run events.
• Visit community organizations.
• Create relationships with new entities.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organization.
