Job summary

Muslim Community & Health Center in South Milwaukee is expanding and seeks a Community Health Worker to support patients' healthcare needs and social determinants of health as we prepare for a new site opening with an anticipated start date of November 2, 2026. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position at an outpatient community health center.
