Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site healthcare, community health, ambulatory, rural health, or population health operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing organizational performance.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and reimbursement models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and day-to-day operational leadership of a state-wide network of Health Hubs.
• Oversee staffing, resources, systems, technology, partnerships, financial performance, EHR compliance, and quality initiatives.
• Travel frequently to rural communities across Tennessee with regular overnight stays and some weekends.
• Drive financial sustainability through budget management and revenue cycle oversight.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams while promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Build relationships with providers, community organizations, and local stakeholders to expand access and impact.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and population health initiatives.
